¿Por qué tantos buscan el amor pero no lo encuentran?
Quizás piensas que se debe a la escasez de prospectos solte ros/as disponibles, o tal vez opinas que ya no quedan bue nos partidos, o a lo mejor crees que la gente es muy exigente y por eso no hayan una pareja.
Es cierto que lo mencionado puede obstacu lizar la búsqueda del amor, sin embargo, una de las razones principales por la que hay tanta gente sola es, irónicamente, ¡porque tienen miedo a amar!
Si en el pasado tuviste una experiencia amorosa que te hirió profundamente, sin dudas, hoy tienes pavor de volver a enamorarte. Por eso, consciente o inconscientemente alejas a quien se acerca.
Hay que ser muy valiente para amar, especialmente si te han herido antes. ¡Toma demasiado tiempo recuperarse! Para amar intensamente la única opción es deshacerte de las barreras que protegen tu corazón y mostrar la debilidad tan grande que sientes por otro. Pero lo cierto es que se necesita un valor extraordinario para confiar en que otra persona sabrá cuidar tu corazoncito vulnerable.
Lo interesante es que, aún los que tienen terror al amor y dicen: “no me vuelvo a enamorar”, como quiera desearían enamo rarse locamente. El proble ma es que asocian el sentimiento sublime del amor con dolor.
¡Que error! ¿Quién dijo que el amor es sufrimiento? El amor es puro e inocente, ¡no duele!, sólo hiere cuando la persona que amas te lo retira. Y eso es un riesgo que todo el que ama tiene que tomar. Y para que este riesgo sea menor, tienes que ser selectivo y prestar atención al comporta miento de quien te pre tende.
Fíjate si le inte resa escuchar te, si le importan tus problemas, si parece estar feliz cuan do está a tu lado, si en ocasiones te habla mal o si es brus co contigo.
Cada detalle es una clara señal que te deja saber si es o no, merecedor de tu corazón.
El amor es como el juego de la apuestas, unas veces se pierde y otras se gana. Imagina que tuvieras mil dólares ahorrados, y te ofrecen una oportunidad en la que puedes invertirlos para ganar 1 millón de dólares. ¿Te arriesgarías?
Si eres valiente e intrépido dices: “¡por supues to!”, pues lo que puedes perder es muy poco, comparado a lo mucho que vas a ganar.
Así mismo es el juego del amor, el dolor que puedas experimentar es mínimo comparado al éxtasis que vas a “saborear”.
